This was my first time visiting this clinic referred by a friend and also my first puppy and i came for her shots. I called to make an appointment and very friendly stuff scheduled me the same week.
When i arrived they quickly took us in and the whole process from filling out the forms to doctors examination and shots was very easy , quick and comfortable for my puppy. The doctor was knowledgeable and service prompt and professional. Scheduled her in 3 weeks and she will definitely have no stress coming back and i am so happy about it. Prices are super affordable. Definitely recommend to come here.
My dog and I were fortunate enough to move near Dr. An and Dr. Lee to have them as her primary care veterinarians. They have selected such a lovely staff who are also knowledgable and kind. They are a trilingual vet-- able to help in Spanish, Korean and English! Their prices are very reasonable and the office is super clean.
I saw some negative reviews about this business not being able to help in urgent situations, but my experience has been different. As an existing patient, they have been able to accommodate me in the same day for walk-in appointments, which are slightly more expensive than scheduled appointments, but we were able to get help in the same day.
I really like this practice. Everyone is lovely and Dr. An is extremely hard working. They really do their best to help your pet. They helped my diabetic dog, Gary and put him on the path to good health.
UPDATE- My other dog just got neutered and Dr. An had done an exceptional job and Charles is back to his shenanigans :) He takes very good care of all of my pets!
I've been calling the phone number one week before. Every time I call this number, Nobody answer the phone…until my eleventh call. 😢I called them during the business hours not weekend. Don't know how you guys book the appointment, I'm so tired with calling. …
I was referred by a friend to this Animal Hospital and all I can say is that I am very happy with their services. This was my first time going there. From beginning to when I checked in and until the end of my cat's examination, it was great. Dr. Lee is amazing, he is very professional and very detailed on what he explained to me regarding my cat. Gia the receptionist, is also very nice and professional. And very reasonable with their prices. So if you need to.go to an Animal Hospital, this is definitely one that I will highly recommend. 😊
This is the best vet in town! Dr An has excellent bedside manners and also take his time with answering our concerns about our dog plus how to best take care of him. Each visit is reasonably priced. The receptionists, Gia and Jasmine, are very kind and helpful too, with awesome communication skills. The nurse who vaccinated our dog is also very good as she told us how to hold him while she does the injection. Our dog was calm and did not even panic when she did it. Such a talented team! We feel luckily to have our pup be cared for by Vermont Animal Hospital. They were highly recommended by our dog trainer at Petco and we are grateful for their top notch professionalism.

Doctor won’t persuade you to get unnecessary treatment or medication.
And they just moved to the next building where the parking is soooooo much better than a previous location.
The worst group of individual! I would never go back there.They are rude and treat customers poorly. And God if you ever have an issue these are the last people that you want to deal with. Cold as ice
